The grade of the hill is steep but there are good spots on the beach for canoes and a gorgeous natural brook with a little rocky cooler with ice cold water. It’s flat, and has ample space for multiple tents with gorgeous river vistas. (credit to Morgan Ingari for campsite beta and photos).

We stayed here and loved it. Its on the top ten. The cute stairway to the top is aggressive, but the view from the top makes it worth it. The little stream right by the landing is also a nice touch to leave your water bottles in so they stay cold over night. its also nice to grab water from to filter. We also caught several musky from this site an hour before and after last light.
