Churchill Dam is an absolute wonderful place to stay. The constant roar from the dam makes things pretty peaceful. The accessibility of the campsites make it a great place for toddlers to show up the night before camp out, and start their river trip first thing in the morning. If you stop at this campsite, be sure to walk across the dam on the other side and check out the museum! It is an absolute must see! Be sure to sign the guest book.
